Duplicate Transactions

Ingenico does not usually have an issue with this, so if you are here, this is a rare issue. 

Most likely we are looking at digital phone lines being the issue.

If this terminal is CONSISTENTLY doing this, then I advise a swap to a VX570 if possible.

If this is a one time occurance, then send a DSL filter if they don't already have one and let them know about the issue with digital phone lines.

It is very common for merchants to have one analog line installed for CC machines, Fax machines, Lottery, etc... So you can always suggest they do just that. 

Otherwise, make sure everything is securely connected and that's about all you can do on the terminal level.

Merchant called in last week with a debit trx that ran twice, however the machine only showed 1 on the batch. This is becoming a continuous issue, sounds to me like ingenico & digital phone lines, swapping for 3day 570/1000se.
