Invalid Batch Sequence

Don't worry this'll be quick -
you won't feel a thing...
What it Means & What to Do
The terminal has a pending batch and will not proceed until it has been cleared.
Must confirm that the batch has been closed with First Data BEFORE performing terminal steps.
Once batch is cleared and terminal updated, perform test transaction to verify.
Terminal Steps
(make sure the batch has been force closed with FD)
From the Welcome screen, press Admin
Press 2 for Batch Menu
Press 4 for Delete Batch
Press F1 to confirm
You will be taken back to Batch Menu, press 3 for Change Batch #
Look at number, press Enter and then press one number higher than the previous batch number
You will be taken back to Batch Menu
Press Red X and run test transaction to confirm
To Chance device ID follow these steps
Press the admin key
Press the 3 key for setup menu
Press the 5 key for merchant
Press F1 key for previous
Press the F2 key for edit, then type 4 random numbers (different than the original four) and press green to save
