Reconnecting to Base

Oh no! Your merchant either got a new terminal or lost its connection somehow. The best way to check if the two are sync'd is to look at the green light on the base. If it is blinking very fast, there is no connection, if it is blinking about once every second, then you should have a connection. Let's say we have a fast blink and we need to reconnect. There are few ways to do this, we will (and you should as well) start with the easy one...

• From the main menu, Press Admin
• Press 8 for Radio Menu
• Press 2 for Config Base
• Place terminal on base and Press Enter
• If screen says Successful, you should be good to go

If not....

• Press & hold the Red X, F1 & F2 for 3 seconds
• Release and Press & Hold the Yellow key until Menu appears
• Choose Local Menu
• Scroll down to Advanced Options, Press Enter
• Enter PW 76832
• Scroll down to Radio Settings, Press Enter
• Press Enter on Server Settings
• Place terminal on base and press Automatic
• Green light should slow down to indicate it is syncronized
