Invalid Batch Sequence
Uh oh! This means the terminal did not settle out correctly last time. We'll have to check a few things, first we want to make sure the last batch is not still open.
If the batch is open, close that sucker up, either on the terminal or have FD do it on the back end.
If the bacth is closed, then most likely they have run a debit transaction and no credit transaction in the same batch, causing the error.
Below are the terminal steps to delete the batch in the terminal, if the file was built by us in First Deploy, we will need to change the device ID and Initialize the terminal. If it was built by FED, have them adjust the file and do the partial.
